Talk to a human in Dar es Salaam.

No call centres, no ticket numbers. Your message goes to the 12-person team that builds POSify Pro — and one of us writes back within a business day.

What happens after you press send

01

A person replies — within one business day

Not an autoresponder. Someone from the team reads your message and answers the actual question you asked.

02

A short call about your setup

Fifteen to thirty minutes on what you sell, how many locations you run, and what you want to see. In Swahili or English.

03

A clear recommendation, with prices

A written proposal in plain language: what we suggest, what it costs, when it’s running. Then the decision is yours — no chasing, no pressure.

Good reasons to write

  • Get a demo of POSify Pro with your own products in it
  • Get a quote for a multi-branch or enterprise rollout
  • Plan a migration from your current POS or paper records
  • Ask anything — pricing, hardware, training, integrations

Before you write

The questions everyone asks first.

How quickly will I get a reply?

Within one business day, usually much faster. Messages sent during working hours (Mon–Fri, 08:00–17:00 EAT) are often answered the same day.

Is the consultation really free?

Yes. The first conversation and the written recommendation cost nothing and commit you to nothing. We would rather you decide with full information.

Can I see POSify Pro before deciding?

Absolutely — that is the best way to decide. We will walk you through a live demo, and can set it up with a sample of your own products so you see your business in it, not ours.

Do I need to prepare anything before contacting you?

No. Knowing roughly what you sell and how many locations you run is enough to start. We will ask the right questions on the call.

I already use another POS or system. Can you migrate my data?

In most cases, yes — products, customers and stock levels can usually be imported. Mention your current system in the message and we will confirm what carries over.

The businesses that know their numbers didn’t wait for a quiet week to start. There isn’t one.
